- My E-Tech Bullet 14400 UX Fax/Modem does not respond immediately
- when dial-up Networking (WIN95) says "dialing". Sometimes it
- *times out* after 60 seconds. If it does not respond in 10 seconds
- or so, I know it's not going to respond at all. I just click
- cancel and restart the dialing. It sometimes takes 3 or 4 times to
- get it to respond. When it finally begins to dial, it runs fine.
- It never acts up with any other comm program, and it never drops
- carrier once it has it.
